Historical background
The N.B.H –No borders humanity organization, an Iraqi humanitarian non-profit and non-governmental set up in the 16 10 founded in 2003 by a number of human rights activists for the purpose of providing humanitarian aid to Iraqi families living in the south in all Dhi-Qar province and Basra province , all towns and villages and in particular , The organization began in 2004 working in the control of municipal elections which was formed in the Dhi-Qar province in cooperation and coordination with the CPA RTI,, in 2005 participated in the establishment of the network appointed to monitor the Iraqi elections and has trained 500 local volunteers to monitor the National Assembly elections Foundation 31 1 2005 and the referendum on the Iraqi constitution on 15 10 2005 and the Iraqi Council of Representatives elections on 15 12 2005, the organization began to evolve and gain experience and skills in the field of human rights education and capacity-building for the work in the area of sustainable development has been implementing a project planning And the involvement of citizens in local government (project funded by the people in need rural lies ) and capacity-building project of women”s civil society organizations (funded by the Ministry of Women”s Affairs of Iraq) in 2006 carried out by the Organization project in the area of conflict resolution and building institutional capacity in the provinces of Basra and Nassiriyah , The Organization continues to evolve in the management and implementation of projects that will help marginalized groups and minorities and representations of local councils to promote the management of resources (human and non-human) in order to improve their economic and social ….
