Online Dialogue Session within the Project “Empowering Communities through Advocacy for Coordinating and Localizing Humanitarian Work”. ‘ 3rd electronical session “

Introduction
 No Borders Humanity Organization (NBH), in partnership with the International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA), conducted the third online dialogue session as part of the project ” Empowering Communities through Collective Advocacy for Humanitarian Coordination and Localization   .” This session aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve effective localization.

Session Facilitators
  • Mr. Ammar Al-Ghurabi: Project Manager, responsible for providing the overall framework for the session and general direction of discussions.
  • Ms. Sabreen Al-Waeli: Project Coordinator, focused on facilitating dialogue and coordinating participation.
  • Dr. Masar Al-Ghurabi: Logistics Officer provided his practical expertise in humanitarian logistics.

        The importance of building and strengthening partnerships between different organizations.

        How to effectively coordinate between various entities to achieve project goals.

  1. Challenges in Coordination and Joint Work: Discussed the challenges facing coordination between different organizations and local entities and how to overcome them.
  2.  Opportunities to Improve Localization: Highlighted the opportunities available to enhance localization efforts and local humanitarian action.
  3. Role of Technology in Localization: Discussed how to use modern technology to enhance localization and humanitarian coordination efforts

Results and Recommendations
  1. Enhancing Cooperation: Emphasized the importance of cooperation between different entities to achieve effective humanitarian coordination.
  2. Increasing Awareness: The need to intensify awareness campaigns on the importance of community empowerment and humanitarian localization.

It was agreed to hold future dialogue sessions to strengthen communication and exchange experiences among all concerned parties.
